The last Virtual InterMedia Meeting (VM) in the frame of the project took place. This meeting was number 25 – virtual meetings plaid an important role during the COVID-19 pandemic situation – and was kept as a useful means of communication. Additionally, they facilitate rapid decision-making and improved accessibility for all team members, promoting increased productivity and inclusiveness in the workplace. Zoom provides a reliable and user-friendly platform for virtual project meetings. It offers features such as screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording capabilities that enhance collaboration and communication. Near to project closing, these project team coordinating meetings will end now.

Project closing – preparation work
The agreements for the final project meeting in Portugal have been discussed. The Project Closing meeting will take place in Angra do Heroismo (PT) from 20th to 21st of April 2023.
Project closing involves finalizing all project activities, ensuring that objectives have been met, deliverables have been accepted, and all documentation is completed and archived. The process also includes conducting a lessons learned session, celebrating successes with a big social event. Furthermore, the team plans formally releasing project resources and team members to ensure a smooth transition to their next assignments. Additionally, the content for the final report will be discussed and finalized.
Web page translation
One of the major discussed items was the translation of the webpage. Translating a project’s webpage into the languages of all partners ensures that everyone can access and understand the project information, fostering inclusivity and promoting better collaboration. This approach helps to engage a wider audience, expanding the project’s reach and impact within the communities it serves. Moreover, localized content demonstrates cultural sensitivity, builds trust among partners and stakeholders, and contributes to the project’s overall success.
